All Gemstone and Rudraksha bracelets come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Breakage of Gemstone beads due to manufacturing defects

  • Breakage of Rudraksha beads due to manufacturing defects

If any Gemstone or Rudraksha bead breaks because of a manufacturing defect, the product may qualify for replacement as per our warranty policy.

Warranty does NOT cover:

  • Elastic thread breakage or stretching

  • Color fading, scratches, or surface wear of stones or beads

  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfume, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use

  • Natural variations in color, texture, or shape of gemstones and Rudraksha

Since Gemstones and Rudraksha are natural materials, slight differences in color, pattern, and texture are normal and not considered defects.

Important:

  • An unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package is mandatory to claim any warranty or damage-related request.

  • Warranty can be claimed only once per product.

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.

Customers can ship the product to our address, or we can arrange pickup from your address for a ₹100 service fee.
