At Dharanam, every product is packed with care and positive intention. Each item goes through a quality inspection before dispatch to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition.

However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly assist you with a replacement.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are only applicable for products that arrive damaged or defective during delivery.

To be eligible for a claim, the following condition is mandatory:

  • A complete unboxing video must be recorded while opening the parcel.
  • The video must clearly show that the package is being opened for the first time.
  • The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.

⚠️ Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Claim Time Window

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Any claim submitted after 48 hours from the delivery time will not be accepted.


3. How to Raise a Claim

To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.
  2. Send the video along with the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Customer Name
    • Contact Number
    • Clear images of the product (if applicable)

4. Replacement Process

Once the claim is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged or defective item.

  • The replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • The replacement will be delivered to the same address used for the original order.

5. Important Policy Notes

Please note the following conditions carefully:

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not applicable for reasons other than damaged or defective products.
  • Claims raised without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or natural appearance of spiritual or natural products may occur and do not qualify as defects.
